QUIKK was founded in 2020 by Joyce Marvin Rafflenbeul. Today we build AI-powered agents, knowledge platforms, and workflow automation for the Mittelstand.
How QUIKK came about
Joyce founded QUIKK in 2020, alongside roles at Allianz Global Investors & AMCON Software. The mix of regulated finance, product-focused engineering in public transport, and consulting still shapes how Joyce & his team approach projects today.
In 2023 it became clear that large language models combined with enterprise data are a real lever, but between a prototype and a reliable production system lie many decisions.
That is exactly where we come in today. With a small, highly specialized team, Joyce builds production systems for document- and knowledge-intensive industries such as insurance, law firms, real estate, healthcare, and many more.

Workshop lead & talks
20 participants in four teams, each team working on its own Audi use case for AI on the Microsoft platform. Plus short talks ranging from "What is agentic AI?" through RAG in detail to security, compliance, and governance.
